Racist Bias Crime is Up! Black Man Victim

The war against the black male is alive and well all over the world. Just take a look at some of the recent stories covering racist bias crimes against black men in the United States, England and various other countries around the world. It is happening because institutional racism has become a growing problem all over the world. Institutional racism puts black people at a disadvantage. For example, they can not get loans at banks, railroad to bad schools, inferior medical care, deteriorated housing and so on.

Institutional racism has always been a problem, but it hasn't been as bad until about 5/10 years ago when many black people stated to make inroads.

Anyone who knows about racism, it is about the fear of the mind, not the body. For instance, it isn't about a black man being violent, rapist, or whatever the media tells you (that is just a distraction to keep your eyes off the real perpetrator. It is about a black man pursing his goals and achieving for the better good of himself and his community. It is with these examples that others like himself will follow. And it is with these examples that the white power structure constantly try to avoid.

With that said, what can we do to reduce bias crimes and how can race relations be improve around the world?
